Okay, firstly, thanks to my brother Jake for emailing this site to his friends.  :D  That was really nice.
Also, my book cover got made.  I may make modifications, but I love this one.  Here it is!:

Hello!  I am proud of myself for coming up with the abovementioned title.  It's lame, but not nearly as lame as the normal title I come up with!
Jerks: Because I've invented a sort of Malfoy-ish figure for the book.  You know- school bully, thinks they're all that, doesn't like the protagonist at all?  Yeah, that.  Her name's India, and she's a jerk!  Not much else to describe her, really.  That's what she is.
Ninjas: Because Redthorn is a school for ninjas, as I'm pretty sure I've mentioned before.  The scene I'm writing right now is the eighth grade's very first Martial Arts class, with Master Tezuka, who is PURE NINJA AWESOMENESS!  He will teach them the ways of ninja, whether they like it or not... (and, ps., I do actually know about ninjas, I'm not making EVERYTHING up.  Ninjas are my theme for this year's AGP project :D)
Ninja Jerks: Because the ninjas in this book, sadly, happen to be jerks.  They're Downfall.  They can't help but be jerkalicious and, erm, Downfally.  Like Witt.  Got to hate that guy. ;)
ALSO: I AM GETTING A BOOK COVER MADE!  There's this girl, named Fena, who makes really awesome book covers for free.  Check out her website.  She rules:

So, anyway, bye!  Got to go.

Yay!  You know what I love?
1) Fame is power!  The from-now-on Spotlight motto thinger, courtesy of "Destiny" ha ha ha.  Thanks!
2) NANOWRIMO!!!  Stands for National Novel Writing Month.  The idea is to write a novel in November!  Which I cheated at because I started prior to November, but the goals and pep talks and forums and stuff all really help me because I procrastinate!  LOOK UP NANOWRIMO NOW!  There is an adult one where you must write 50,000 words to win, but on the kids one (elementary, middle, high school all do it) you can choose a goal.  I'm writing everywhere I can now, at the spare moments of school and all... I've written like 1,800 words in two and a half days since I joined it.  It rocks!
Okay, that's all for now.

Okay, so I don't really know if anyone actually looks at this website anymore, but if you do... advice is always welcome.  I don't care what you have to tell me; if it'll help me, I can take it (I'm a big girl!)!!!  Constructive criticism?  AWESOME!  So please, if anyone is out there... it's okay to tell me if something is suckish!
:D  Thanks.
VOLDEMORT CAN'T STOP THE ROCK!

Okay, so I'm doing it.  Really doing it.  It's the thing to do, after all.
I'm writing a totally horrible, utterly terrible first draft!
Just a run-through, plot-driven, devoid-of-cleverness first draft to get it all down.  I think this will really help move things along.  Then, I can go back and fix stuff in other drafts, and layer over layer, I'm hoping the story will be created.
Wish me luck.  Let it begin!

Wow.  Even as the maker of the above title, I astonish myself with its utter lameness.  XD
Well, here I am again.  I'm a terrible blogger.  Every time I try- no matter what kind of blog it is- I end up losing the joy of it pretty quickly.  Ah, well.  Isn't it a huuuuge relief to know I'm not amazing at everything?   Ha ha.  Funny joke.  Just kidding.
So, there has been many a development since last I posted (one eon ago, I think it was)... I'm doing a little twist of the Snowflake method, actually it's a rather weird variation I'm coming up with as I go along... the Snowflake method is kind of a way to organize a story.  So, now, I've got a better idea of where the story is going.  And let me tell you, it will be awesome.  I know this because it involves: NINJAS.
Redthorn is a school for ninjas.  Not the good kind.  The bad kind.  "Dagger" agents for Downfall.  Or if you would like to dumb it down- evil ninjas.  Also, I'm now introducing the Alchemists earlier on; we're actually going to meet Vivi... wait, no one knows who that is... never mind!  You heard nothing.
Now I am going to think about
